Diatori had just arrived in France the week before. He had plenty of money, mostly because he had kept some of the older coins which he had sold at the museums in America. He had bought a comfortable pair of tennis shoes, pure black, at a small shopping center in the town his plane had landed in. Diatori had slightest smell of wereling, coming from a heavily wooded area. I believe that's the area Diatori, shall we proceed? Royal, Diatori's wolf, sent the thought echoing through his head. "Yes Royal." Replied Diatori as he began jogging towards the highly vegetated area. Smells of wild life surrounded the area, and this made Diatori feel like he was in early America again. Diatori didn't have much of any problems navigating through the woods, most of his early life consisted of such activities. His jeans protected him nicely from the whip like branches, and his t-shirt allowed a comfortable breeze. He could feel the warm sunlight on his tan skin, he didn't appear to be as Native American as he did many years ago. Diatori looked above him, to admire the awesome illusion of the sunlight beaming past the openings in the canopy of the trees.

He continued jogging for another few minutes, and the scent had become greater. He was worried about what was going to happen, being in an unknown pack territory was a dangerous move . The only pack he had ever been with were very brutal when loners had come along, they were usually enslaved, or murdered. Diatori had payed close attention to his surroundings, listening carefully, and preparing to shift at any moment. The area had begun to clear up, and a castle had came into view. It was quite a distance away, but it mesmerized him. An excited feeling filled his body, its been a very very long time since he had talked to someone of the same kind. He slowed down, and finally halted. He stared at the castle,"You think they're there Royal?" Diatori seemed to be talking to himself out loud, and suddenly the smell of a wereling had seemed to be near him. He looked around thoroughly, turning around slowly acting like he was admiring the view, when in reality he was searching for a threat, but nothing insight. Someones here... Echoed Royal's voice in Diatori's head. Diatori turned back towards the massive castle, and began to walk at a steady pace, trying his best not to seem hostile to the wereling that could be possibly watching him.

Mending a Future Empty Re: Mending a Future

The serpent's green eyes of the shadows took silent strides through the lands to which it personally owned, making but of only a small swoosh with the wind that guided the darkness amongst the woods and more. It moved as if out of thin air, ghost-like and barely there as it glided into the shadows without a sound to be heard. Not even footsteps, or perhaps a heartbeat could be registered for all the animals of the forest, that seemingly had hid in fear, knew. Draped in an ebony long piece of material from the figure's middle, it cascaded down further and blanketed the portion of the land at it's hidden feet, displaying as if it were the figure's shadow instead of what it truly was made to be as skirt. Following up the silhouette were lochs of a matching obsidian and another material - a blood stained white rose color, to what was tucked into the hem of the skirt around the body. Her hands were pale and fragile, though underestimating, for they held as much strength as it took to smash a car due to the years they lived on.  Blood trailed down from her lips to the collar of her shirt, weaving along the contours of her neck into a thin stream. But her snake-like hues were her most enhanced feature above all, for they were no match for the shadows, as they were too bright, too magnificent to ignore. Only a fool would want to resist taking a glance.

...Tick.. tock... tick.. tock...the mouse went up the clock.. The three whispers that made up her wolves danced amongst the confines of her mind in unison, just as they had been doing all her life, though some saw it as danger that she had so many voices, but to her, it was a blessing. The fact her mind wished to creepily sing nursery rhymes entertained her as she tread through her lands, walking into a mild stroll towards her boundaries to which she soon then caught the smell of a potential other. She struck a cold glance into the direction and stopped in her tracks to feel the earth in through her feet, standing still and training all of her sense on them. The scent was masculine, and much younger than her, much like Daiken's age, she presumed. Wereling, most definitely, and a strong one at that with enough training, she detected. The tip of her finger stroked over the puddle of blood that dripped off her chin, taking it down to then let her tongue wipe it up before she made a cruel smirk and shifted into place. Her toned, beautifully striking features were then misplaced with a dark, mysteriously large beast. No longer did the woman stand there like before, but was standing to a complete height of an onyx-colored wolf with matching green eyes tower over the hill she stood on.

Without another huff, the leader darted into the direction and came slowly up towards a belitted loner in her path, waiting for another's long awaited attention in the luck of being welcomed. She stifled a growl that rose in her voice and rose her stance in a high amount of dominance over the male before her, "State your name and reason, whelp, before I give you a reason to run." Noctavia's voice was threatening and strong, easily mistaken for anger in some, though this was completely natural for her. Soon summer will arise their lands and the mating season will begin, only then would all the males be aggressive, and she will be put under the pressure of what is another desperate need of her mate's personal attention. "I am Alphess Noctavia. The leader of Caedesque, the lands you see before you and so forth. What makes you feel qualified to tread near my lands?" She barked in command for the brute to answer, curling her tail against her back and raising her chin high as she bit back a snarl to erupt.

Mending a Future Empty Re: Mending a Future

Post by Warrior Diatori Wed 16 Apr - 0:20

Diatori had continued walking at his steady pace, until he had heard the footsteps come upon him, and went to a complete halt. His eyes had darted up immediately at the onyx colored wolf. He was quite impressed with the size of the she-wolf, which curled a friendly smile on his face. Diatori was ready at any moment to move his position, he would continuously move his eyes up and down the wolf steadily, watching for a sudden movement. Then the wolf had spoken, and he directed his attention towards the monster's emerald eyes. Diatori showed nothing of fear, and when the word 'whelp' had come up, he tried to hold back a chuckle. His friendly smile turned into a teethy, psychopathic kind of smile. Then he answered after she introduced herself."Hello, lovely Alphess, I am Diatori. I have been seeking for a pack for a very long time... I tend to grow lonely." He had added a bit of sarcasm on his last remark, his smile had turned into a grin.

Diatori, she may not take your shit lightly. Don't mess this up. Royal interrupted any further thoughts of Diatori's, and this wasn't even close to the worst thing he could have said. His grin shortly dismissed itself and changed into a slightly serious face. He continued to seem fearless, and he seemed unfazed of the she-wolf's size and rank. Diatori's personality couldn't allow him to give respect to just anyone. He had just met the Alphess, and depending on how he was treated, his emotions and personality would reflect."I mean no harm to your pack, I wish to join Caedesque, maybe live my life for some sort of purpose." Said Diatori in a more serious tone. His eyes lowered to the she-wolf's paws, knowing that if she were to attack, she would have to move closer to be in range. The familiar burning-itchy feeling was already beginning throughout his spine. Although he was not yet shifting; he was ready to within less then a second he could allow Royal to reveal his presence, and he would prove that he is one to be respected.

Mending a Future Empty Re: Mending a Future

Post by Alphess Noctavia Wed 16 Apr - 1:03

Diatori... The phantoms that haunted the caverns of her twisted, turning mind whispered in a faintly amused way as they distorted the sound of his name in several directions to their personal liking. It was a strange name, though something she secretly found admiring, as hers was not entirely the most common name, either. But with the slight pinch of sarcasm in his voice made her rethink her options into possibly liking the male so quickly before reprimanding him, proving to him to whom exactly he was talking to in such a way. As he recollected his thoughts back together, Noctavia bit back a growl and slowly lowered her bared teeth down near his head and grazed the end of her large snout above his shoulder. It was very seldom she ever had to do this with anyone when they chose to act out of line, for back in America, they knew the ins and outs of her vile ways, but here, it had been a while since she had returned and hopefully neighboring werelings will get the idea that Noctavia, the blood of the Dark family has entered the lands of Europe once more to claim the land left behind. A low snarl cooed out of her jaws into the male's ear as she allowed her hackles to rise in a full-fledged threat, "Sarcasm won't get you very far with me, kid, unless your intentions are to die today and rot with the rest of our stock pile. I'm sure your body will taste just as great as the rest of our food you'll be buried in.." The corners of her lips displayed a devious smile, which held a serious glimmer in her eye to show that she was not at all bluffing towards the vagabond.

Taking one step back, her hind legs moved in reverse and she then rose her head back to normal level, contracting her muscles beneath her fur to finally let it all soak back into her. Obsidian fur turned to a milky white flesh that was inked with several tattoos across her body, the blood-stained clothes she wore from earlier that day of hunting still completely in tact with the rest of her marvelous features as well. Her green hues danced over the loner as she tucked a single, loose strand of her long black hair behind her ear, providing a sharp, toothy smile just to show off her blood-stained pair of fangs, "What exactly do you wish to exceed when joining my pack, Diatori? You speak of lonlieness and that you mean no harm in coming here, but what can you do for us? Tell me of your relationship with your wolf and yourself, any difficulties you might have or have faced over your time would help me in deciding whether or not you're good enough to be with one of mine." A curious brow quirked high above her eye, a smirk twitching into the corner of her mouth as she crossed her tattoo sleeved arms across her voluptuous chest before him in a sophisticated manner. She laughed once and leaned in closer, "What makes you seem so special?" she questioned.

Mending a Future Empty Re: Mending a Future

Post by Warrior Diatori Wed 16 Apr - 19:52

Diatori had allowed the she-wolf to come closer without retaliating. He kept his eyes facing forward as he felt the Alphess's touch, he kept the majority of his composure. Despite the usual itchy-burny feeling growing more excessive. His eyes began to feel irritated, but he ignored it. The second the threat ended his seriousness had seemed to be destroyed. He stifled a laugh, and as she backed away it would be possible for her to see the sudden eye color change. Diatori's original green eyes had grown to become a royal gold color, obviously in the formation such as a wolf's. His smile had become teethy, revealing his frost white teeth, which almost seemed to be growing longer. He looked to be amused, and contained a blankness in his eyes. He watched her morph into human, his facial expressions hadn't changed, nor did his eyes.

Diatori listened to the Alphess speak once more. Once she had finished Diatori responded, a humored tone in his voice,"I wish to join your pack, and maybe some day mean something to somebody like I once was. I am sorry about my... Attitude... I realize you are an Alphess, and I'll try to respect such a title. As of what I can do for your pack... Hmm... Maybe I will excel your expectations, and you might gain an impressive Warrior. My wolf, Royal, and I get a long like brothers we may disagree or tease each other, but our bond is stronger then ever. We have faced close to hundred years of difficulties which we have overcome, if you need such an example just ask and you will receive an answer..." He didn't know how to answer with the question asking what made him special. Diatori's smile had faded down to a thinking face. His hand moved his hand up to his chin, his eyes as well began fading back to the greenish color. I am royalty Diatori, or you could pull the god card. Heheh! That makes us both special. Royal's childish chuckling echoed through the treacherous caverns of which were Diatori's head. He just shook his head and began to answer,"I fix my hair in the devious smile which belongs to Death himself.... In other words, I welcome death, for he shall end my agony filled life, and maybe I'll meet my children and past lover." His eyes shifted downwards, and his face had went to melancholy.

Mending a Future Empty Re: Mending a Future

Post by Alphess Noctavia Wed 16 Apr - 20:27

Her eyes rotated into a slow circle as she listened to him rant on about his attitude. Whether he chose to take it back or not, the fact he did it in the first place will always remain at the back of her mind to remember. As he last his sentence to Death's waiting decay, Noctavia's lashes lifted and her cold gaze struck at first glance - but he was not looking at her now. In fact, his expression was weakened by his own words and his eyes fell to the earth beneath his shoes. Her tongue soon tasted bitter, and it stung her insides to admit the fact she knew what the feeling was like. There was that fear of loosing her chosen beloved and children, but since the beginning, the Alphess was never one to show her affections openly to others. They were to be locked and pushed out of her mind forever. However, Daiken had broken those chains that kept her tucked away, and it taught her how to love. As for the rest, they'd always be a part of her, in some way, but would never be treated like the way she felt for her mate. The serpent-like maiden took one step closer and allowed a single claw to lengthen out of her fingertip, raising it gracefully up towards the man's angular jaw so that she could pinch the flesh beneath his chin and pushing it up till his eyes rose back to her, "Sympathy will be given through time. As for now, you're worth no more than any other warrior of my pack." Her heart-shaped lips formed a simple, emotionless expression, and her eyes remained a solid ivy green. She had to remember what she was doing before letting her hand slide down his neck, grazing her claw just over his adam's apple before her palm pressed into his chest as she stepped in a circular fashion around the vagabond.

"Your attitude will only cost you severe consequences if you keep it up. Only I control the games here, not play them. Until you've proven yourself to even come damn near as close to being higher, you will be a Warrior. Your duties will be border patrols and protecting others from danger. Warriors are the body of my pack and are to be healthy, strong and well-trained." Noctavia's words slurred with her wolves' hisses soon to follow. Her shoulders remained composed and her body language practically screamed dominance compared to the lesser individual. She examined every detail, every inch of skin and amount of structure built into the male before her. Circling him, she allowed her hand to glide against his skin and around his body till her entire set of five claws rested, caressing his cheek with a twisted grin upon her face. The whispers of her mind howled and chanted terrible things for what she should do to him if he chose to act up again. Slowly her claws caved in at his flesh, but not enough to break the skin, holding him forcefully within one hand as she tilted her head and smirked, "And if I hear any report of your attitude getting you into trouble.. be sure to have one of our doctor's nearby before the hourglass has no more sand spilling from it's top. You wouldn't want to get little ole me upset... I have lots of tricks up my sleeves, kid.." Her pupils divided into cat-like slits and she laughed sinisterly before letting him go and stepping away back into the shadows. She shifted back into her beastly self while she laughed some more and let it decease with the passing wind that cradled her obsidian fur, "Welcome to the pack.." She said lastly before disappearing into the forest back home to her castle.
